Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using My WorkQue (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. The Service
My WorkQue provides business management software for service professionals — including scheduling, quoting, invoicing, payments, communications and bookkeeping tools — and a marketplace connecting homeowners with service professionals.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Payments Processing
Payment processing services are provided by third-party processors and subject to their terms. My WorkQue is not a bank and does not hold customer funds.
6. Marketplace & Leads
My WorkQue facilitates introductions between homeowners and independent service professionals. Professionals are independent businesses, not employees or agents of My WorkQue. We do not guarantee the availability, quality or outcome of any work, and contracts for services are solely between the homeowner and the professional.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You may export your data at any time. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Text Messaging (SMS)
Program. My WorkQue sends account and service messages to account holders, and sends messages on behalf of businesses to their own customers about work those customers requested — quotes, appointment reminders, arrival notices, invoices and follow-ups.
Consent. You opt in by giving your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. A business using My WorkQue is responsible for obtaining consent from its own customers before texting them, and for honouring opt-outs.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your account activity and your projects. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP, or email hello@myworkque.com, for help.
Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's coverage and service.
Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are never sold. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activity.
- No infringement of others' rights or interference with the Service.
- No unauthorized access, scraping or resale of the Service.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My WorkQue's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
