1. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, phone, company), business data you enter (clients, jobs, quotes, invoices), payment information processed by our payment partners, communications routed through the platform, and usage data such as device and log information.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To process payments and send service communications.
• To match homeowner project requests with relevant professionals.
• To protect against fraud and abuse, and to comply with law.

3. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, communications), between homeowners and professionals as needed to facilitate a project, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

My WorkQue sends text messages in two situations: service messages to you about your own account, and messages a business sends to its own customers using the platform.

To account holders. If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your account — sign-in verification, billing notices, and service alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

To a business's own customers. Businesses using My WorkQue text their own customers about work those customers requested — quotes, appointment reminders, arrival notices, invoices and follow-ups. The business is responsible for collecting consent from its customers. We process those messages on the business's behalf and do not use their customers' numbers for our own marketing. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop messages from that business.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold. They are shared only with the messaging carrier that delivers the message on our behalf, and only for that delivery.

5. Google User Data (Limited Use)

Some features let you connect a Google account. When you do, My WorkQue's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• Sign in with Google (your name, email address and profile picture): used only to create and sign you in to your My WorkQue account.
• Send email as you (Gmail send): used only to send the quotes, invoices, appointment notices and replies you choose to send from My WorkQue, from your own address. We do not read, store or index your Gmail inbox, contacts or any other message. We keep only our own copy of the message you sent, in your account's records.
• Google Business Profile: used only to show your own listing's reviews inside My WorkQue and to help you reply to them, and to post updates you write.
• Google Analytics (read-only): used only to display your own website's traffic report inside My WorkQue.
• Google Ads: used only to display your own campaigns' spend and results, and to pause or resume campaigns when you ask.
• Google Drive (files you pick): used only to bring the specific photos you select into a quote, listing or ad. We never browse or list your Drive.

Google user data is not used for any other purpose. It is not used to match homeowners with professionals, to build marketing lists, to serve or target advertising, to train AI or machine-learning models, or to develop features unrelated to the connection you made. It is never sold, and it is not transferred to third parties except (a) to the infrastructure providers that run My WorkQue, only as needed to provide the feature you connected, (b) as necessary for security or to investigate abuse, or (c) when required by law. Our staff do not read your Google user data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. Google access tokens are held only on our servers, are never shown to anyone, and you can disconnect any Google connection at any time in Settings — we then delete the token and stop accessing that data. Google user data is otherwise kept only as long as your account is active and is deleted with your account.

6. Your Data, Your Control

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Business customers may export their full records at any time — no lock-in.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong, unique passwords.

8. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

9. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the Service and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes.
