Pressure washing software that quotes, schedules and invoices

The job is fast; the paperwork should be too. Quote by the square foot from a template, attach the before-and-after, send the invoice from the driveway, and set it to come back next year.

An invoice as the customer sees it: Amount due at the top, the line items, subtotal, tax and total with Paid so far and Balance due, a card payment already marked Paid, then Pay this invoice with an optional tip and the payment methods offered
The invoice the customer opens — the balance first, what is already paid, and the ways to pay.
The day-to-day

Three things that go wrong — and what happens instead

Sq-ft quotes

The estimate is a text message with a number in it.

Lines carry a unit — sq ft, linear ft, each, hour — with cost and markup, so a driveway is square footage at your rate. Templates make the quote pick-and-send from the phone, and the customer approves it online.

Photos & online pay

They cannot remember how bad it looked before.

Photos and notes go on the job from the phone; attach the before-and-after to the invoice and the customer sees them on the invoice link, then pays by card on the spot.

Seasonal repeat & reviews

Every spring starts from zero.

Set the job to repeat seasonally and completing it books next year's. The review request goes out after payment; the customer's hub keeps their history; the referral link is on it.

Day one

What you can do on day one

Every item is a screen you can open the day you sign in.

  • Import your customer list from a spreadsheet or your old app.
  • Save your surfaces as quote templates priced by the square foot.
  • Put your booking page on your website and Google profile — customers request a time; you approve it.
  • Send an invoice and take a card payment online from the link — bank transfer, check and cash are recorded when they arrive.
  • Attach the before-and-after photos to the invoice so the customer sees them when they open it.
  • Set a job to repeat — weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly or seasonal — and it books the next visit when this one is completed.
  • Turn on the "ask for a review after payment" automation.

Quoted in a minute, paid on the driveway, booked for next year.

Square footage in, photos on, invoice out.

Questions

Pressure washing FAQ

Can I quote by the square foot?

Yes. Set the unit on the line to sq ft (or linear ft, each, hour, job) with your cost and markup; the total follows the quantity.

Can the customer see the photos?

Yes. Files attached to the invoice — photos, PDFs — are shown on the invoice link the customer opens, and can be downloaded.

Can I get them back next year?

Set the job to repeat seasonally; completing it books the next. Reminders and the review automation are on by default once you turn them on.

Do you send me leads?

Yes, if you want them — add your trade to your marketplace profile and homeowners can pick it once you are live. Homeowners post jobs in the Hire-a-Pro marketplace; jobs matched to your trade and service area land in your Requests queue with no per-lead fee. Local leads are included on the Business plan, or you can add the Local Leads module to Starter or Pro for $49/mo.

Which plan do I need?

Starter covers the CRM, scheduling and calendar, quotes and invoices, the customer email inbox, the time clock, free CRM import and the mobile app. Pro adds the client portal, e-sign approvals, the dispatch board, GPS time clock, marketing automation, reviews, job costing, payment plans and the website builder. Business adds accounting with bank feeds, sales tax, payroll, the sales pipeline, the ads manager and local leads. Prices are on the pricing page.

Does it work on a phone in the field?

Yes. It runs full-size in any browser on your computer, and on a phone it installs to the home screen straight from the browser. Same account, same data, whichever you pick up.

Can I bring my customers and quotes with me?

Yes. Import clients, quotes and inventory from spreadsheets or the app you are leaving. It is included on every plan, and your data stays exportable afterwards.
